Dr. Fox earned his bachelor's degree in range science from Texas A&M University. He earned a master's degree in animal and range science from New Mexico State University and a doctorate in rangeland ecology and management from Texas A&M. Dr. Fox is currently a research scientist with the Texas Water Resources Institute. His projects there include the Rangeland Revegetation Pilot Project Federal Initiative for Fort Hood, Texas and a desalination program for monitoring benefits and potential impacts in the use of treated brackish water.
